Our light roasts highlight the unique natural flavors of our high altitude grown coffee. If you like sweet nuances, acidity, & fruity flavors try out a light roast. We recommend you drink it black, as milk or a milk alterantive can drown out the flavorful notes.
BREW TIP: Extract the most flavor by brewing with the drip coffee or pour over method at a medium-coarse grind.
