Dracaena Marginata Care Guide
The stems of these beautiful plants are referred to as canes. They enjoy moist soil but avoid letting the soil get soggy. Be sure to pull back the amount you water them in the winter when they are dormant.
They do well in bright filtered light, such as sunlight shining through a curtain or blinds. They will do just fine in regular potting soil. You can add fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer and stop during the fall and winter. Higher humidity is preferred; misting them or using a humidifier will keep these plants happy.
This plant can be toxic if high amounts are ingested; please keep away from pets and small children.
